Privacy Policy — Pagewick

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Pagewick is a reading log that lives on your iPhone. You don't sign in, there is no Pagewick server, and the app never opens a connection to the internet, so nothing you write in it is sent to us or to anyone else.

What stays on your iPhone

The books you add, your reading sessions, your notes and quotes, your yearly goal and daily target, a running timer and your settings are kept in a small database inside the app's own storage. Only you can see them, and they remain there until you remove them.

What we collect

Nothing. Pagewick has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no purchases, and it collects no personal information of any kind.

Reminders

The evening reminder is optional and starts switched off. When you switch it on, iOS asks whether Pagewick may send notifications; if you agree, the reminder is scheduled by your iPhone itself at the time you chose. Turn it off in Pagewick, or in the Settings app under Notifications, whenever you like.

Sharing and export

"Export CSV" and the share card for a finished book use the iOS share sheet. The files are made on your iPhone, and they go only where you send them, through the app you pick there.

Contacting support and rating

"Contact support" opens a new email in your mail app, addressed to the support address below, and nothing is sent until you press send. "Rate Pagewick" opens Apple's own rating prompt, which Apple handles.

Deleting your data

Open Settings in Pagewick and choose "Reset all data", or delete the app from your iPhone. Either way, your books, sessions and notes are erased from the device.

Children

Pagewick gathers nothing from anyone, so it gathers nothing from children either.

Changes

If this policy is ever revised, the new text will replace this page and the date above will change.
